We want you to be completely satisfied with your stress-relief toys from Malleo. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please securely package the item and send it back to our designated address. (Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect).
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
